European Union Support for Moravia Worldwide

European Union Social Fund

The European Union has supported Moravia Worldwide's HR projects several times in the past. For example, in the year 2008 we were able to implement the competency model. It now helps us improve our human resource management system, particularly in the development area.

In support of our implementation of the project Supporting the development of personnel policies and increasing the effectiveness of human resource management in Moravia IT, we obtained CZK 2,534,724.15 from the Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme. We initiated the project in September 2010, and it will continue until the end of October 2011.

The aim of the project is to increase the value of development and educational activities in the company. It includes the following key activities:

  1. Implementation of the tools needed to develop e-learning education, and formulate its structure, including the creation of content in selected areas
  2. Setting up a support system for the development of English language teaching, including setting up a system to evaluate the efficiency of teaching in accordance with employees' positions in the company
  3. Setting up a human resource management system with an accent on development
  4. Supporting key managerial skills
  5. Supporting the development of expert skills, competencies and knowledge
  6. Setting up a satisfaction measurement system regarding the HR system in the company
