Life Sciences Marketing Manager

The Life Sciences Marketing Manager, will develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. This role will manage the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization, and will part of Moravia's "Special Forces" Sales team in North America. Special Forces are a highly experienced, professional team responsible for bringing in new Life Sciences clients that meet specific ideal customer criteria, who will become Moravia's future lifeblood.

Location: United States (work from home, flexible location)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional stuff and activities
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
  • Responsible for the analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
  • Expand and develop marketing platforms
  • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
  • Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
  • Report on ROI (return on investment) and key performance metrics
  • Create marketing presentations
  • Collaborate with the sales function
  • Monitor industry best practices


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Fluent in English; additional language knowledge a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent writing skills for marketing articles and social media
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Strong networking, organizational and administration skills
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate support from diverse sources

Education and/or Experience

  • Business or Marketing-related degree; equivalent combination of education and professional experience may be substituted
  • Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
  • Technical marketing skills
  • Experience with social media and publication/article writing
  • Proven experience in customer and market research
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge
  • Experience with relevant software applications
  • Experience with Life Science companies
