International Regulatory Manager
Position: International Regulatory Manager
Status: Part time job, full time job, consultant based job
Location: Brno, Czech Republic (preferably)
Reporting to: Manager of Operations, Life Sciences
The International Regulatory Manager coming into this role will concentrate on following regulatory processes, communication and process management as part of Life Sciences translation projects.
The work experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology markets, and specific domain expertise in regulatory processes, will enable you to lead and support development of services in the key areas.
Responsibilities
- Process management and knowledge sharing with other team members (support and guidance to Operations team)
- Support sales team through development of effective project delivery solutions
- Proactively identify and solve problems
- Regularly monitor clients' satisfaction and take improvement actions
- Arrange kick-off meetings and evaluation of projects with customers, suggest and implement improvements to project processes, monitor delivery of agreed action items
Qualifications/Skills include
- Must have a high level of experience within the Life Science’s sector, or in the translation sector working with Life Sciences projects
- At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical business, more areas preferably (e.g. regulatory, clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, etc.)
- Ability to transfer knowledge and communicate on high management level
- Experience with people and system management
- Experience with project management
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Advanced PC user skills
